Prices are good, staff was friendly. HOWEVER, my wife and I were shopping for a sofa about 3 weeks ago. We checked Ashley, Clure Brothers and finally Furniture Factory Outlet. We were torn between all three businesses: Ashley offered a good selection at decent prices- but the delivery was going to take 3-4 weeks. Clure guaranteed free next day delivery and carry away service for old furniture, but at a higher price point and a more limited (but all American made) selection. Furniture Factory offered great prices and a reasonable selection, but delivery does cost and they don't take away old furniture. We debated back and forth because we wanted our sofa delivered before our family came into town, and also because my wife who is currently breastfeeding, wanted a more comfortable spot to feed in. My complaint is not over the product, the selection, or the sales staff. However, the salesman assured us that the sofa we ordered would be in store within 2 weeks, and at our door within a week more. It has been over 3 weeks now, and the company seems to have no idea where our couch is, or when it will be available for delivery- let alone when we will actually get it delivered to our house. I hope this was just a one time thing, or maybe they are just backed up from the previous year, because we had a good experience overall, but without having our sofa yet it is hard to give this business a solid recommendation..

Kyl is wonderful. He went out of his way to help us find exactly what we wanted. He did a great job explaining how our furniture is constructed to last. Thank you for a positive experience.

We were treated so well here in Cheyenne! We were pleasantly surprised b/c customer service seems to be becoming a thing of the past ~ so it was so refreshing to visit a store and receive such excellent service. Amanda went above and beyond; I explained to her what I liked, she gave me a website; I emailed her a list and she got right back to me with prices. ~ Greatly Appreciative!!
