Took amazing care of my little Bubbie for his first haircut. I know they don’t accept new puppies often but I was so blessed that they accepted my little guy. I knew he would be in great hands the entire time. The staff is absolutely the best 10000/10 recommend

I took my dogs there to get their nails trimmed as I had several times but her mom was there and she was pregnant and so my dogs aren’t used to being rough handled because you know the bigger dogs and her mom was so rough with my dog trying to put her knee on his John, everything that she dislocated his jaw because she didn’t want him to get to her pregnant daughter Ashley my dogs aren’t even violent. It was really uncalled for it and I didn’t even know his job was dislocated till that very night. My poor dog went through heck well if you’re that worried about your well-being maybe you shouldn’t be in the store

Took my basset/jack in for a bath and nail trim. Ashley's did a beautiful job and my dog really enjoyed it. Very friendly and professional.

This place is amazing. They handle my not so friendly pitbull with no fear yet gently. I love the people and place so much. Thank you all. He gas a pep to his step with his newly cut nails!

They were recommended by a friend so I called to make an appointment. Called again a few days later. Called again a few days after that. Left messages but never got a response. Guess they don’t need the business. And even if that is the case, common sense customer service means you call the person back and say you can’t accommodate at this time. Even that would get them four stars.

Great service and good people to chat with, been seeing them for 14 years with many animals. Great location from work and home.

This was my dogs first experience with Ashley and she did a great job! Very reasonable prices and I loved that the dogs got to socialize with the other dogs till their “people” pick them up! Ashley got to talk to me a little when I picked the dogs up and she seems really nice and I could tell she takes her job seriously. My dogs acted fine when I left with them-they sure didn’t act traumatized! We will definitely keep coming back.
