I was so nervous to bring my baby here but they were awesome! Very nice and caring ladies. They went over everything with me and took very good care of my Loki. Even cut his nails for me! I highly recommend coming here.

I've taken 2 cats to this facility, and while I'm not a huge fan of the "drop off in the morning and pick up when we're done" thing, I understand that is the sacrifice to make when it's not a standard vet appointment. They were so very good to my little girl Phoebe and she's doing amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind, I felt very comfortable leaving my heart and soul with them.

We took our baby, Valentine here for his neutering. I saw some low reviews and wanted to share my experience. We dropped him off in the morning with no hassle, they offered to microchip him at a discount. We got the call to pick him up a few hours later. They went over everything with us. The surgery went perfectly and his wound was hardly noticeable. They were very kind and patient with all our questions. Would recommend

They take really good care of our dog. Originally took him there to be neutered. We now use Spay-Neuter for our primary vet services. Very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Wow. This center went above and beyond! My kitten had started spraying last week, so I called to schedule a neutering appointment earlier this week. The next availability they had would have been in January 2023, but I needed is ASAP . . . so the staff went out of their way to fit me into the soonest availability they had - Friday of the same week I was calling! They even allowed me to drop him off the night before because I wouldn't be able to drop him off the day of. The neutering procedure WITH pain meds was terrific and only cost about $70 for my kitten; I also got the microchip implant they offer for $25! Excellent service AND great deals! I will definitely be bringing my second kitten here to get neutered soon! Thank you, Animal Spay-Neuter Clinic!

Terrible customer service. Their front desk is so disorganized and not professional. When I took my kitten to get spayed I left feeling so uneasy. Almost fearful that they’d lose track of her that’s how all over the place their record keeping is. I dropped her off first thing in the morning and they said they’d call as soon as she was done with an update and that it shouldn’t be long. After waiting literally all day they finally call at closing that I can pick her up. My poor kitten seemed like she had the worst day of her life. She was beyond upset. I took her to a different vet to get declawed and it was like night and day difference. Never going back to this vet. I wouldn’t trust them with my pets again.

Overall they're great, it's just... I thought they were supposed to put a cone on your pet after the neutering. Now my cat's scar is infected and he's now sick. Please do ask for a cone if you can!

They were so amazing! Not a bad price and handled my sweet baby with care! Super informative and left us smiling as we left to go home! Will definitely be coming back in the future!

I had been sick with RSV and couldn't have rendered Percy Jackson back within the 30 days period. I was one day late. I do understand you may not be able to credit me the full amount that I paid for him, but No one has even call me back to discuss anything.
