Florence Animal Hospital

We love Florence Animal Hospital! We have been seeing Dr. Jondle for a couple years now & love her personable approach kindness towards us & our pets! The rest of the staff are very welcoming and kind as well! They always remember small details about our pets from visit to visit! Could not recommend them enough!

We have two kitties that come here and every time we come we always have an amazing experience. Such a nice staff and caring. Super sweet and gentle with our babies. Very knowledgeable. Both our babies have gotten sick with different things and we’ve brought them here, our kitties always heal up nicely. I definitely recommend this vet/ pet hospital.

The vet receptionists, vet tech, and vet were nice and very patient with my anxiety ridden dog and four year old. I didn't like that when they took my dogs out one at a time to do the heartworm tests, they brought my first one back and said that they gave her the vaccines while they were back there too. So, I didn't get to watch or hold my dogs or anything. No exams were done in the room either. Not how I like my appointments going. The day after my.original post, I got a call from Florence animal hospital explaining that the vet that performed our appointment was newer. He made a mistake and appointments are to be handled in the room. They noted two free exams and two free nail trims on our account. Very caring and helpful.

Dr Jondle is amazing! She is super nice, very detailed when she explains things and always asks if you have any questions. The whole staff is also amazing, and very friendly. Very affordable and clean facility. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They were able to get us in quickly. Dr Williams listened and valued my opinion and the need to have different treatment options. The staff is friendly and amazing. I will definitely be taking my other pets here.

Went by the reviews but turned out not to be the case. This place is a death facility. Unless you dump a ton of money into all of their requests they'll just make you feel like you're a bad dog parent for not killing your pet and wanting them to spend their last days at home. They'll quit you hard, get you into an emotional state with feelong bad for your pet and your own decisions, force the paperwork on you then before you can rationalize whats going on theyre tossing thebdeath paper work at you like you're not moving fast enough. I wanted pain meds and ended up leaving with a dead dog due to how theu forced so much guilt on me... "she'll no longer be in pain" also, she'll no longer breathe, she'll no longer enjoy food, she'll no longer enjoy walks, she'll no longer enjoy belly rubs, she'll no longer enjoy anything! My pup was enjoy all those things before they guilted me into killing her. It wasn't her time. It was just the easiest thing they could do in the quickest time. My dog got home cooked meals, never pace forced to lay on the floor, never been caged, always loved on and pampered. She deserved that till the end.

There are no words to express my appreciation for Dr. Jondle and the Florence team. They helped save our kitty when he had a persistent fever of over 106 degrees, and saved our puppy when she got into an entire bottle of Ibuprofen! Thank you guys so much, I don't know what we would've done without you.

The staff at Florence Animal Hospital is nothing short of amazing! They are all very kind, understanding, and take the time to get to know you and your pets! Dr. Jondle is very compassionate in her treatment of animals and one of the best perks is that the services are very reasonably priced! So glad we chose to go here for our pet care!
