On 4/8 morning I was informed a couple of hours BEFORE my ECG appointment that it has to be moved to an hour early because my family doctor has an emergency. I couldn't make it and basically what they told me is it's either an hour earlier today OR I'll have to wait until 5/17. I have a persistent palpitation issue going on that's affecting my everyday life and I need to find out what is the root cause ASAP. They had the nurse called back saying the same thing- no time slots available today. Now I am left with no appointment with my family doctor and they don't bother to call back. It wasn't my fault at first place that the doctor couldn't see me, but I am the one suffering from the consequence of doctor's personal "emergency". They told me if I can't wait that long, just go to urgent care because they don't handle patient's "emergency". AACI is doing their medical patients a disservice by sending the message: "we don't have enough medical resources. What's on the table is all we have- take it or leave it." I'd suggest to go for else where who values the fundamental rights and respects of medical patients.
Warning...DO NOT COME HERE. when i came here i spoke with a couselor that ended up quitting the next day. Which i know is not ACCI fault. They then switched me to a woman named Cristina. This counselor was the worst counselor i have ever had in my entire life. She made me feel as though everything was my fault, disagreeable, problematic and highly uncooperative. She is NOT the type of counselor you want if you have mental health problems. I shared very vulnerable information with her and instead of helping me to get through it, she over talked me, interupted me and looked at me with disgust even though this is supposed to be a NON judjmental place. NEVER AGAIN, fortunately i moved to Nevada and i have a thereapist that is MUCH better and actually takes the time to listen. DO not come here for help with mental health they will treat you so unprofessionally.
I hated the medical department. They scheduled me with DR. John Pham and canceled my appointment due to the system being down. They canceled my second appointment too and nobody cares. I took a day off to visit the dr. Very unreliable and they apparently don’t have a reliable system.
I don't think that's your Mission, because my dad call to make an appointment and was told he can Not have an appointment, because of covid. If it's not an emergency you can't have one. Perhaps when he gets worst it will be too late.
Great service for COVID vaccination. A lot of volunteers to point the way. Enough queues to keep the process moving quickly.
The place it self is an easy access one. Plenty of parking space. Service wise, they will make you feel comfortable and welcome. The building is a little old, feels a little too stuffy.
I am a client of the organizations Domestic Violence Shelter I am appalled by everything I have witnessed and dealt with in this shelter for one there's no diversity on the staff team also I have witness ongoing discrimination the clients who are Asian or Vietnamese who come through here get full Fair access to help Case Management and Resources I was told I could not come back here within a year I have watched two clients who are Asian get brought back in twice and they confirmed it verbally on their own also I was physically assaulted by one of the clients even though I reported it they did nothing this client continued to harass and terrorize me and call me volger names in front of Staff they did nothing and to make matters even worse they try to manipulate situations to their advantage to make you look bad and put them in better standing I have watched them wrongfully exit people who are black also they told me I could not call the police when I was physically assaulted and told me I would be excited if I did so so you do the math these people are big concern because if This is how they're going to run a shelter there pretty much are looking at a huge lawsuit
I am very happy with my DR & Dr assistant. They are really nice & patience person.
Every time I try calling them, they never pick up the phone!
