Bought my son's shoes on sale for $129 in Sept by Nov the seems ripped a big hole by the outside toe. Return policy...30 days because clearly that is how long they expect the shoes to last....never will buy from you again

This is Edit of the first review. They have gone downhill at the factory outlet, the deals are structured to get rid of the old stock. I wanted GEl Kayano 29 series. They have a sign saying buy one get one 70 percent off. Sounds good but you have to buy the older 28 series to get the 70 percent off. No other significant deals to be had - a few discounts is it. Staff was not to concerned about the deceptive signage on the 70 percent off, end of edit the rest of the review is from a few years ago I will start by saying that I was a bit skeptical of the so called "factory outlet". It turns out, that my skepticism was misplaced. Not only were the prices better than online for most items, the staff was very helpful as well, including multiple trips into the storeroom by them to find sizes that we needed. All done with a smile and helpful attitude. I really appreciate competent well trained retail folk. Great job !

Great outlet store for ASICS shoes and clothing

Worth the price! First time coming to this store & I had a plan on buying a certain type of shoes I thought was going to be a great fit; but after consulting with one of there sales associate; I ended up spending less than I had anticipated. Very helpful & informative customer service! If you're a penny pincher these products are definitely worth every cent. This store has large selection of shoes for men and women ranging from running to walking. Will come again & highly recommend!

DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY SHOULD THEY NOT BE THE RIGHT SHOE FOR YOU. I am a frequent runner and recently bought my first pair of ASICS. I paid $155 for the shoes. I ran in them two times hoping they would feel good for me but they caused me an immense amount of leg and foot pain both times. I reached out to return them and was informed they will not issue refunds unless the shoes are in the same condition they arrived in. Meaning, tags and all must still be attached and the shoes must be unused. I inquired as to how that could be their policy because a person doesn’t know if a shoe is right for them until you try it out and was told that they “sympathize with me” but are still unable to take the shoes back for a refund. So- long story short, I’m out $155. Just a warning for any future buyers!

Pretty good selection of shoes, summer wear, a accessories for both women and men! Customer sales staff was very helpful, and the store and mall were not crowded at all. Leisurely time to shop, browse, snack, eat & drink, plus get some good walking exercise in...

I was having issues with an online purchase.. I called the store and the manager was awesome. She was able to honor the online price and due to my morning appointments she allowed me in early before the store opened so I could get in and out to my appointment. Great awesome customer service. Glad I have returned back to ASICS and stopped shopping Nike.

I've always loved Asics as a brand, and have been trying to find some good comfortable shoes for work for awhile now. So I just stopped by to see if I could find anything that would 1. Meet my needs for work. 2. Be comfortable. 3. Support my feet in the right places. And 4. Be in my size! Kind of rare because I wear a size 8 men's Unfortunately today it seems like most places you go for shoes have pushy college students who don't know any basics about pronation/suplenation. However, I was very pleased and surprised when I met a nice store associate, Nicolle, who answered all my questions, was very kind and patient, and gave good advice when I asked for it, and not a moment sooner. Honestly, the quality of these shoes makes them sell themselves, but to have some good people working in the store makes you feel like they want to sell you a shoe you won't regret buying once you get home. Also they had a great deal going, buy one get one 80% off!! Buying the two pairs of shoes I got on Amazon would have cost $260. Today it only cost me $190. I will definitely be returning.

Great variety of styles and colors of shoes. The shoes are high quality and long lasting thus worth the price. It's a great place to find my husband's larger shoe size too! He wears size 14 shoe.
