Cole Haan Footwear and Accessories

SMG. The two stars is for the nice styling of the shoe. It worked on me. Within 14 days of owning the shoes they completely came undone. Shoe laces broke, leather is torn in multiple locations. It's 2020 ppl - make a good shoe. I spent over $100 dollars on these shoes, the COLE HAAN / GRAND.OS

My hubby and I both purchased shoes here. They are quite possibly the most comfortable shoes either if us has EVER owned!!! And the sales staff are very friendly and tolerant of my loud 3 small children.

Cole Haan makes some of my favorite shoes. This outlet is like most. Selection is fine. Nice discounts off of retail. I like that they always have a decent selection of wide widths. Sales force is extremely helpful. Good mix of contemporary and classic designs.

Its what you would expect from an outlet retail store. Clean, organized and they always have a sale. Staff is always willing to help and welcoming.

I love this place! Stores offer great deals and it's a very clean outlet.

Horrible customer service and store policies regarding returns. Lost a long-time customer today due to rigid, outdated policies.
