Guess Factory Store

Had a great experience shopping at the Guess Factory outlet at Woodburn. The manager Austin, I believe was very pleasant and helpful. Informed us about the labor day sales and helped with the right sizes and our various questions. Will definitely be going back for more stuff

Cute clothes and clean. But employees are always in a bad mood

Cute store, but it leans mainly for teen clothing.

We came here everytime. But this time I don’t like.. the way manager speak don’t like.. We have coupons but he didn’t try them.. he didn’t help us..store manager attitude is so bad..and he snatch the clothes from our hands..

Very rude store attendants, approached us and told us to not forget to put back the garments we were planning to try on. This is not how you run your business. His only job is to take care of the customers. Not boss them around. Will never come back to this store, and make sure everyone knows it.

Although being two European guys with two different languages the service was amazing I wish I remembered her name
