This store would be great if it wasn’t for one racist, discriminating person. I witnessed this lady yelling at not only employees but customers too! She told two of her employees they couldn’t speak Spanish because she only understood English. Kelly Nierengarten The store would be a better place without you.

This store located in the Woodburn Premium Outlets is one of the better Forever 21 stores I've been too. My girlfriend was pleased with the exceptional customer service the associates provided. They really took their time and energy to make sure she found everything she was looking for. Ended up spending over $200, main reason being they were soo helpful and knew their store well.

They had a lot of really cute clothes in here and the prices are great the only thing that I don't like is that they only carry the small sizes they should carry large sizes also to make it fair for everyone

Had a super sweet person named Annabelle help my friend and I out while we were there. Was super charismatic, funny, and overall made our trip very pleasant. It was my first time going to that location and my first time at the woodburn outlets, and overall I was very pleased. I hope she gets a raise, since she was working hard and definitely made me want to leave a positive review.

The they advertise they give military discount when we purchased our items and ask for the military discount that they said they don't honor military but yet they're in the Woodburn however they are in the Woodburn Mall pamphlet which honors military so disappointed call the 800 number and they said yes they honor military discount but it's left up to the store manager very disappointed will not return Woodburn needs to remove them from their military discount pamphlet. It says 15% off at Forever 21 has a question mark then it says say 15% on your next regular price same day purchase with your new Forever 21 credit card however if you walk into the store you can get the 15% off if you open up a credit card that has nothing to do with the military discount they need to be removed from the Woodburn savings passport. False advertising

The staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. It is much smaller than most of the 21 stores I have been in. However they still have a great selection packed into that little place. The girls were very helpful with sizing. I am sick of hearing bad reviews just because you cannot try anything on! We are in the middle of a pandemic and if that means you have to go home and try something on well too bad!!!! I don't want to get coronavirus because you had to try on a $9 t-shirt before you took it home!!!!!!! I have shopped here several times and have never had a bad experience in any way. I'm not sure how anyone could call these girls rude or unfriendly. they are cheerful and helpful every time I've been in there; and not just to me but to the other customers in the store as well. Love the selection, love the staff and love the prices. Thank you

This place was closed on a Saturday. I showed up at 3pm the sign said open from 10am-9pm and there were people outside waiting for someone to come to the doors. It took mall security to tell us they were closed for the day for no apparent reason. Horrible and ridiculous for someone that drove from out of town to come to this specific store! I would give a 0 review if I could.

WORST MANAGERS EVER!! Every time I go into Forever 21 at the Woodburn Outlets the managers are always so rude!!! I will ask a question about the return policy and the STORE MANAGER started raising her voice with a rude tone of voice! Saying how I need to "look with my own eyes because it says on the receipt" and then continues to point at the small font sign on the counter saying the return policy. I asked a simple question and right away she starts yelling at me in front of everyone! Why would she work in Retail if she can't handle a simple question?!? Also, there's been plenty of times where I would just ask them something such as "do you have a medium?" Or something simple, and it's always the mangers who are the worst! They will roll their eyes at you, and talk to you in a rude way, as well as not help you when you need it. Managers are not supposed to be like that, they are there to be the role model to their employees and help others out! Also, do it with a smile or atleast a fake one! I can't believe the terrible Customer Service the mangers have!! The regular employees are fine, they are more helpful and they don't roll their eyes and yell at you! THEY NEED TO HIRE NEW MANAGERS/ STORE MANAGERS!! No wonder nobody likes going in there anymore!!

I’m in the store waiting for my friend trying on clothes. The front staff were gossiping loudly and just shouting from all parts of the store. Very unpleasant trip. Team seams very young. Also very loud and inappropriate music.

If you feel like going here make sure you do so before getting anything to eat or drink, they dont let you in if you have food/drink from the outlet mall; otherwise it's a pretty basic store with cheaply made clothes
