Gap Outlet

I have shopped at Gap Factory and all of it's affiliated stores forever. In fact the bulk of my family's clothing comes from these stores. I do not have a Gap Factory near my home but have ordered on-line from them for years. I ordered a bunch of clothes for my teenagers for back to school. I planned to return the sizes that didn't fit to a store a few weeks later when I had an appointment for my daughter at a children's hospital near a physical location. I had overlooked that the return policy was no returns after 30 days unlike Old Navy or Banana Republic who have 60 day return policies. Since I was passed the 30 day mark, I was told I could not return them, even for store credit. One item shipped to me was the wrong color and even that could not be returned. I understand that they have a policy to uphold, but not even taking back the item that was wrong, is extremely frustrating. I tried calling the customer service line and had the same rigid response. After all the years of shopping with this company, I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated.

Good discounts on good prices, that in addition to no taxes.

funny how this location always checks my ID when I use a Gap credit card but when someone who stole my card happens to walk into this store and make a purchases with my credit card not once but twice in the same day they happen not to check the ID. Been shopping here for the last two years since Gap clothes fit me very well and every time I shop here they constantly stare at me the whole time I am shopping. I have been a regular here for almost 2 years but still assume I am going to steal. Guess I will be shopping online or at another location from now on.

Came out with so many nice outfits for my daughter.

There was this tall manager that looked very creepy at not only me, but also my friends who are females, he kept starting at us, and we felt very uncomfortable that we decided to leave the store without buying anything.

Nice displays, clean and well lit, even clearance prices at an outlet mall are too pricy for me!

The lady at the checkout was rude and in a hurry I asked if I put my phone number in or will she and she completely ignored me. Would not recommend this store is trash and unorganized

So many sales and options , good deals

Manager was rude, asked for his name wouldn’t give it to me or the store supervisors name. I was polite but wanted a solution to issue. I called corporate office. I have called 4 people and spent time on returning jean shorts that zipper didn’t work. Don’t shop here, you can’t return to gap store it has to been purchased at the outlet.

Very GOOD place. Company out let having all clothing for children,adults and women . Company is offering good discount and the prices are very reasonable. The display of the products are very much impressive. The adults men shorts are very much cheap. The customer service is very professional.
