Ethan was really helpful to choose my sneakers and I really liked them. The store has tremendous selection of ASICS and will definitely visit again for my next one.

I've been really impressed with the products and people. I've been an on-and-off Asics wearer for a few decades. They fit my current feet very well with good support and cushioning. The two most recent people that come to mind have been great. They both provided clear explanation of the shoe's features and discussed differences with other Asics shoes. I'll be back.

Place gets worse and worse every time I go. Used to love coming here. Now the service is just horrible. Went to go get the new kayanos and see if they had the new gel nimbus. Walked in at 6:46pm. The lady said you know we close at 7 right? I said no, and that I was sorry for coming in. I mean how about at least start with a hello. Every other store in the mall closed at 9 that day so I went elsewhere to get my shoes.

Great store where you get items in clearance and save a lot of money. Very good customer service

Current employees very bad for it's Brand!!! Zero care or customer service. One of the worst Brand Ambassadors I have experienced. Feel sorry Asics have to stoop down - to employ such bad riddled falsifying beings that in no way should represent Asics Sports Brand. Today I reconsider my loyalty to Asics and it's fallible business practice I have experienced today which left me in utter disgust!! No longer will I refer anyone to this Outlet or it's Brand!!! Go kick rocks .... UPDATE as of October 2022: Ms. Jaclyn did a superb very thorough hands-on customer experience. Asics Corporation can be proud to have a person like Ms. Jaclyn representing its Brand and being a very transparent Ambassador all around. She handled the entire store not shorting any customer one bit. She is very keen and has exceptional Know-How regarding the entire Asics Line / Models and type of Sports to use each shoe. Not to mention the vital understanding of the different feet and its impact while being in motion. Mr. CEO you better up the ante for Ms. Jaclyn cause she is true Executive Material that can and will serve your brand Milestones for decades to come. Very much appreciate her aplomb execution with the utmost of respect & professionalism. She truly has changed the entire dynamics within this store for the very very positive.

Went during the week sign said they opened at 10:00. Sat around waiting for them to open. By 11:05 I gave up and went to New Balance.

More expensive than the website, but they had an item I wanted that was sold out on the site. So I sucked it up & payed extra.

I highly recommend this ASICS store. They are super friendly and highly trained to assist with your shoes. I explained some issues I was having with my feet and they were very knowledgeable about their shoes and which shoes would best fit my needs. Problems are gone . I would give them 10 stars if I could !!

Unfortunately my experience with customer service has been unpleasant. My shoes tore after 2 months of use and when emailed cs to claim the guarantee; they keep asking for.picutres that I already sent and so far I haven't had any response but the same email sent by the same person asking for information that I've sent several times. It has been a week of more than 8 emails and pictures...

Is this business open? They have never answered the phone after multiple times attempting to reach them. I called the company directly-permahold and no customer service whatso ever. I have personally purchased all 27 model Keyano and if it were not for Big Peach running Company I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THESE PEOPLE
