I had the best experience in purchasing a pair Birkenstocks from this store. Unfortunately I went to the store and the certain pair I wanted was out of stock, but thankfully Margaret, an employee, helped me and got my info. so that she could notify me once they came back in stock. She then got back with me and let me know that the shoes were in stock. Then she helped me order the pair of shoes. She was so helpful and friendly to work with. Overall, a great experience!

This store always has a different variety to select from. If you find something you want and they don’t have your size or color in stock, the employees will check their other stores for availability. You can pay for the item and the shoes will be shipped to your residence. The store is neat, clean and the employees are friendly and helpful.

I’d never heard of this store. My daughter and I walked in 9/11/21 4:47pm after shopping all day. We’re always excited about shoes! The staff greet us when we entered and ask if we needed help with anything to feel free to ask! They have only one shoe out of each style because of shoplifting. So, if you want to try on both shoes simultaneously, they’ll have to fetch the left one. My daughter purchased 2 pair of shoes and I purchased 1 pair of UGGS and UGG socks. Kaniz, McKinzi and Sahhi are SUPER SELLERS! They explained why they had to have only 1 shoe out, and they were happy to retrieve the opposite shoe! We all chatted like we’d been knowing each other in a former life. They even suggested UGG cleaner to keep my shoes looking new! This store sells really cute shoes/socks at very reasonable prices! And the service is 100! Clean store, excellent service, free parking, other shops surrounding area.

This a a great store to buy brand name shoes! I bought Dr. Marten Blaire sandals for $94.99. The cheapest I’ve seen anywhere. They are very nice and have genuine shoes; no worries there. They have Chacos and Tevas as well, which I also purchased there.

I never write reviews but I visited this store for the first time today… not sure how I’ve always missed it, but I will be coming back regularly! I was greeted with the warmest welcomes upon entering and was told if i needed any help to feel free and ask. As I was trying on a pair of Dr. Martens, Kaniz came by and asked if would like the mate for it to try on and was so kind to go and grab it for me. I am a very picky shopper so I was trying on multiple pairs of shoes and was always asked every time an employee walked by if I was doing alright. Not to mention the prices for the docs were the lowest I’ve seen! Susanne and Mckinzi checked me out and were very funny. Everyone was just so so nice and friendly. Even though the store was very busy I didn’t feel neglected as a customer and for that I am grateful. I will be telling everyone I know about this store! Cannot wait to come back and visit!

Love this store!! Great quality shoes! Nice ppl!! One thing that I’ve ask about is... All the discounted shoes in the back with an extra 20% off sometimes, these shoes have been back there I know nearly a year?! Also the majority of the shoes on the sale rack are outrageously priced! and they’re supposed to be discounted? They’re more than the shoes displayed through the isles. Just think these sale shoes need to be marked further down in price and moving! Instead of seeing the same shoes on the sale rack time after time!!

Now, I normally love this store. I am a loyal and frequent customer, having spent 100s of dollars here in the past. However, there is a particular employee who I just CANNOT stand!!H! Hes an older gentleman, if you could call him that, who's name is Mark. He has gotten extremely close to me on more than one occasion I swear he was smelling me or something and I have heard him say disgusting things to some of the female employees who were just trying their best to work in peace. I want to continue shopping here but I will not spend my money in a store that does not punish unsolicited perversion by their employees. I do not feel comfortable with bringing my daughter's or grand daughter in here anymore. Other than this, can't beat the bargains and always receive good customer service from the ladies and other male employees. I just pray Mark gets disciplined in the future EDIT: yes of course I have the right establishment. This is 50 East Shoes in the Outlet Shops of Atlanta. Maybe I got his name wrong, but he's definitely a short older man who's name starts with an M. I can check next time I stop in. It could be Matt or Max

What a fabulous shoe shop! Not only do they carry high quality brand shoes at a great price, but we had the pleasure of working with the Assistant Manager, Lisa Boss who was extremely helpful and even offered to polish our new boots before we left! Will definitely be back!!

My daughter and I walked into the store and walked through without any of the 5 associates acknowledging our presence. When I interrupted their conversation to ask a question the answer was abruptly given and still no offer to assist. I hadn't been in this store before and won't ever go back. Customer service should be a priority and given with a smile if that is your industry of choice. We ended up spending our money elsewhere.

Love 50 East! They always have the most current trends in shoes & also really unique footwear u don’t see on everyone. I love that! Everyone is super helpful & really sweet. Will always shop here before trying another store!
