Converse Outlet

I might be bias here but I love Converse shoes. Started a shoe collecting craze within past year. Went from one pair of converse to 15 pairs within 6 months or so. Within this time most of them I bought on some kind of sale. This past weekend I stopped in and saw their selections which are many! But when I saw clearance area noticed they were also offering 50% off! Never saw a mark down this hight. There were a ton of selections. Could have easily bought 4 or 5 but I resisted. End up buying 2 pairs came out to around $40 each. Like to match my shoes with my outfits even my glasses! They usually have good sales on their shirts like 2 for $30 with many color options!

Completely disappointed with Converse. They sent a pair of used/worn sneakers that was suppose to be a Christmas gift. Not sure how/why that happened. I don't plan on purchasing from the online store moving forward.

The staff was incredibly rude about me having a drink. I asked if I could set it by the door and shop and the guy interrupted me and repeated hatefully that drinks were not allowed in the store. I get no drinks are allowed but not sure how that policy helps the store if you drive the customer out of the store.

Absolutely disappointed with my visit today! My wife and myself took the day off to shop the outlets. It was 40° outside so we stopped and bought a hot chocolate from the store across the Pavillion from converse and was denied entry into converse because we had a drink! I will not be going back to this converse again!! I know better then to not spill a $7 dollar hot chocolate in a store, but the rudeness of the clerk was unprofessional! No other store said anything about my drink. Adidas, nike, Ann Taylor, or any other retail store said anything and they have way more expensive appreal/merchandise then converse! Thanks adidas for not treating us like children and letting us shop while it was cold with our beverages!

I came to this location today to do an exchange on a pair of Converse I bought online. The shoes were never worn and within the 30 days to return. I had my order details ready when the young lady at the register tells me I can’t exchange them because that store doesn’t carry that style. I know she’s wrong because I’ve worked in customer service for 20+ years. I leave the store and contact Converse Customer Service via phone call. The Customer Service Rep looks up my order and tells me I AM able to return my shoes at any Converse Store. I head back to the store and inform the associates of what the customer service rep said and I am then allowed to exchange my shoes. What a darn HASSLE for NO REASON. The young lady that initially denied my exchange needs training on Store Policies and Customer Service. This was an awful experience. Please do better!!

Got to the store at 8:35 p.m. and they were already closed. There were people inside working and they didn't come to the door and let us in even though their hours say they are open until 9:00 p.m. great way to run a business straight into the ground. I hope they get fined by security for closing early.

The employees were super nice and kept checking up on me...their Inventory was a little low though...but totally recommend going to this store of you need converses...

Really nice staff. Always came here. They have some good shoes!! Old spent 82$!

Great prices and selection. Especially the Clearance section.

I really liked the store, I almost never have the opportunity to come bc I come from far away and I don't have the money, so, whenever I come, it's a really important moment to me. The only problem I found was that there were hardly any models in my size, that is, there's a great variety of styles, but almost none in my number. The staff was very kind to me and helped me reach boxes, etc. Good prices and offers :/
