Mission

Asset Recycling, Inc. is a unique, non-profit organization designed to facilitate the development of affordable housing and the repair and rehabilitation of existing, substandard housing for low-to-moderate income families.

Products

In exchange for your donations, you are eligible for substantial tax deductions, totaling up to double your cost (as provided for in the 1976 Tax Reform Act, Section 170 (e)) and your company can avoid unnecessary inventory taxes. By donating your usable, surplus building materials to Asset Recycling your company saves the cost of disposal. Your donation will directly affect the quality of life for low-to-moderate income homeowners who could not otherwise afford these materials. Asset Recycling will promote our partnership with you in its PR materials. Your company can feel free to promote our partnership in community development in your own promotional materials.
