Paul Destefano has been consistently rude to my office assistant. She is doing her job by letting him know that I am not in need of any supplies. I cannot support a business that allows it's employees to be rude to mine.

Associated Supply Company is extremely reliable. My rep Fred always calls at our agreed upon intervals to check to see if we need anything. We are a small business who doesn't buy that much from them but Fred makes me feel just as important as a large company. As a small business that is so important to me!

I love the service! They don't hit me with a sales call every week. I keep one back up toner on hand and their service call reminds me to check it. Thanks to associated supply, no more emergency trips to Columbia to buy toners. My toners have always worked great. Great company to work with and my rep, Siemone, is the best!
