After finding out our baby had no heartbeat at a regular appointment, I opted for a medically managed miscarriage. Dr. Pearsall told me it would be complete in 1 to 2 weeks. She also said someone would call to check up on me the next day. No one did. I called that afternoon for relief from side effects from the medicine. A week later at my blood draw, I told the nurse I was still bleeding. She took my blood anyway, and scheduled me for a blood draw the next week. This continued, with me bleeding but still getting blood drawn, for several weeks. Throughout this time, Dr. Pearsall hadn't communicated with me except through a nurse to schedule more labs. I eventually called the practice to switch doctors, frustrated that my doctor wasn't proactive about my care. It wasn't until then that Dr. Pearsall decided to contact me, and would be "more than happy" to see me and do a scan. The final breaking point for me was speaking with the office manager to schedule an appointment with another doctor in the practice. She asked personal questions about my recovery unrelated to scheduling an appointment, and gave her unsolicited opinion about my medical treatment. I am seeking treatment elsewhere. Miscarriage recovery is a difficult time. Unfortunately, many of the staff here didn't provide timely or compassionate treatment.

I saw Dr. Erin Evans and had a fantastic experience. She was compassionate, professional, and personable. She was very knowledgeable and thorough with my treatment and aftercare. She caught another possible problem that other doctors have missed and referred me to another specialist, very pleased. Front staff and nurses were very polite and complete. There was a somewhat long wait time for doctor, which is to be expected to see great physicians. Worth the wait, glad I saw Dr. Evans. Will be returning and sending friends/family.

I have been going here for a few months and have been extremely pleased with every staff person. The doctors, nurses, and front desk personnel are outstanding. I always feel welcome and comfortable. I never have to wait long. I am grateful to have found this office.

This office doesn't care about you. Their triage is a joke deeming everything "no big deal". I truly believe they've over booked themselves, and see too many patients to give any real compassionate care.

Dr Simmons is absolutely amazing! I recently moved from omaha and I still make the drive to see her! I wouldn't trade her for the world. She always listens and helps get to the root of the problem or sends you to someone that can help if she can't!
