Dr. Mcfadden is nice. No complaints about him personally, however if your appt is at 10..expect not to be seen until 11 and not to get out until 1130. Every single time. About in tears so frustrated.

Fantastic practice. Relocated / transferred to Nebraska and family was part of the cogs of a huge system in California. So happy my daughter found private / small practice. She doesn't feel like a number and was very well cared for by all. Dr Mcfadden was good but said he was poor at " derm " and his partner / wife DrThatcher was able to figure out a rash that has been ignored for years !!!!! Also he had a " come to Jesus " talk about her weight that again everyone wouldn't talk about or deal with for years. He diagnosed her with PCO and put her on three meds and she is down 16!pounds. Her self esteem is back and doesn't feel hopeless. Very mad in retrospect how we as patients were shoved through a system and now she feels like someone is listening to her.

Where to start.
Firstly, there was a T-shirt on display put up by Dr. McFaden that said “Hey Snowflake, in the real world, you don’t get a participation trophy, not everybody is a winner, THERE ARE NO SAFE SPACES, screaming doesn’t make you right, no one owes you anything, crying doesn’t solve any problems, nothing is free in this world, you are not special.”
I find this to be HIGHLY inappropriate and unprofessional for a medical office where feeling SAFE should be of the utmost importance.
Secondly, I had to wait an HOUR past my appointment in the lobby with no updates. Another girl was in a patient room and called her boyfriend in the lobby because she had been undressed and waiting to be seen for 30 minutes in the room and thought the office had forgotten about her.
Thirdly, due to the time crunch, my appointment was rushed through and I had to remind Dr. Thatcher of one of the two items I was there to be seen for.
I DO NOT recommend this office or either doctor.

Sean McFadden is the WORST physician I have ever encountered!!!! His wife is possibly one step better and his staff is just as incompetent!!! I’ve been involved in healthcare my whole life and I’ve never seen anything like this. You tell a patient that they’re going to have a “dead baby if we don’t get it out” and then wait a week to induce?!???!! Oh, and you go out of town and don’t leave any orders with the staff so when the patient calls anxious, they tell her she’s being a prima dona and don’t take her seriously. Frightening is what this whole office is. How in the world they haven’t been shut down by the state or insurance companies is beyond me?! And why in the world any of the hospitals allow them to practice there is another interesting question. The nurses have zero respect for their abilities as physicians and have been chewed out by them so many times, they won’t ask questions like WHEN A PATIENT SHOULD BE DISCHARGED!!!!! Of course, that wasn’t included when McFadden rounds. The list of mistakes and potential tragedies are endless and this was with one delivery. I implore anyone thinking of using them, PLEASE DONT unless you’re trying to commit suicide in a slow, painful way. I just can’t emphasize enough their level of incompetence. (And I didn’t even mention all of the rude and completely inappropriate personal things that were said and done by McFadden. That’s another whole dissertation. I just stuck to medical incompetence)

Dr. Thatcher and Dr. McFadden are wonderful doctors. Their entire staff of nurses, assistants, and receptionists are pretty amazing, too! I never felt pressured or threatened by the head of billing, either. They were all there for me throughout my entire pregnancy, and even after giving birth to my first child over a year ago, they still inquire about her, when I come in for visits. Dr. Thatcher and Dr. McFadden don't beat around the bush. They are direct, but compassionate and most importantly, they both have a great sense of humor, which is much appreciated in times of stress and concern. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
