This is obviously not Frank and Guy. Had my 2015 vehicle repaired there ..simple job replacing rear bumper cover. Jobber parts were used and bumper was misaligned / trunk rubbing on bumper. Took it back for adjustment and same thing happened. Took it back twice and they replaced it with another jobber part (so they say) and it ended up not any better. I would never go back ever. Still having issues with my vehicle. Took it to the dealer who now repaired it correctly. Missing clips. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I dropped my car off on a Monday after booking the Thursday before. The service was outstanding from the get go. I felt welcomed and happy during the entire process. After two days I got my car back. The tricolour was matched perfectly and the colour blended wonderfully. My wife noticed some dust in the finish that I missed on my initial inspection. I call them back up and they immediately and thoroughly buffed the paint back to factory finish. I spoke to the painter personally and he was extremely polite and professional. I highly recommended this place based on my personal experience.

Been here 3 times... Yes, 3 separate accidents with 2 vehicles. Always had great service and the lifetime warranty on the repairs is a nice comfort. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because of limited follow up.

After 2 months in the shop. Work isn't done properly now got to bring it to Mazda. My suv is a mess mechanic problems, paint not the same colour, glue inside and on lift gate, sanding dust inside with finger prints. Never again 😞 That is my second time getting my 6 month old SUV and still problems with it.

Very poor customer service. Car was in there for 45 days. You have to call them for updates, as they don't have the courtesy to call you, the customer. Kept calling and they answered waiting on parts. There are many GM dealers in the area and waiting on parts? Week after week ( waiting on parts) and finally got the car after 45 days. They put on wrong tires and when I called them on it, had to send them photos. when called for status, they said tires ordered and will take 3 to 4 days. After 3 weeks finally got the right tires put on.(anybody can order tires on line and be shipped to you in 3 days). Terrible! A total of 66 days to get the car right. Don't go there. Insurance company will nudge you there. Insurance company don't care much either.( Intact). They don't response either. Never call to ask if you are satisfied with the repairs. I even wrote to the claims manager and NADA!
