Newmarket Auto Body

These guys unfortunately did work on my truck and did a horrendous job. They scratched the truck, there’s overspray everywhere, they got line-x on my trucks paint. Horrible. Would not recommend this shop to anyone I know. Laughable workmanship. Should be ashamed to call yourselves an auto body shop. Truck was sent here from NEW ROADS GM in Newmarket. Also another horrendous ordeal over there. Never again would I deal with either of these places. Pathetic

Great experience overall!! Staff was was friendly, professional and accommodating. The front of my car looks great and they even cleaned the inside too!! Will def be going back to fix back bumper soon!

Our insurance company recommended NAS. My encounter with the staff was very pleasant and they arranged for the work to be done in a timely manner. The problem was the workmanship or COMPLETE lack of! My vehicle was left there over night, a rental was provided, I had to take time off of work and when I went to pick up my vehicle the work wasn’t done! I received the car in the same condition I dropped it off. I was told an apprentice “worked” on my car and had made a mistake. If an apprentice is working ona vehicle shouldn’t someone oversee the finished product?? It wasn’t until I called them that they realized they had the part for my vehicle sitting in the shop (it was an entire bumper). Over looking a spot that needs to be repaired is understandable, not doing any work on a vehicle and sending it back to the customer is not!

If I could give NAB less then 1 star I would. Prior to even stepping foot on property, I had my insurance company take my car to this cess pool. I had 4 phone calls with a women Kate, the receptionist- The attitude she gave *every* time I called was proper trash. Once I was told by my insurance my car was a write off, I went to pick up my plates and my personal belongings left in my car. Got to meet the infamous Kate in person(pure joy) then found that belongings were MISSING from my vehicle, like even a bag of chips was eaten(seriously?)- and later the owner said a rodent may have got in and out of my car in the 3 days it was there. The Ipod that has gone missing, maybe the rodent took that too? AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. PROPER RUBISH IN EVERY CRITERIA.
