Forest Hill Auto Body

They did a sloppy job fixing my door. I had to take time off work and return only to be told that it opens so hard because it is new (haha, funny). I also noticed some scratches that were not there before. They also did not bother to give my car a quick rinse before returning it - not a big deal, but it shows their attitude. My impression is that they are trying to do a quick and dirty job while charging the insurance top dollars.

I was recently hit. The person who hit me wanted to go outside insurance. I wanted to be fair, so I went to get two quotes from different auto body shops. I went into Forest Hill, and it looks very nice in there. I was given a quote for $8000, and told the work would take over 2 weeks. Then I went down the street, to a different shop, and was given a quote for $4000!!!!! I went with them, they did a perfect job, and fixed it in 9 days. I'm sorry, but as far as I'm concerned, Forest Hill is crooked. I'm sure they would have fixed my car beautifully, but TWICE AS MUCH MONEY! Insurance companies should be aware that Forest Hill could be de-frauding them. I would NOT give them my business.

Made the claim process easy . Staff was polite and informative. My vehicle looks great, would recommend.

I took my car to Forest Hill Auto Body to repair the damage I did getting too close to a poll in my parking garage. I was very upset as it was a new car and I couldn't believe I had damaged it. I have to say that the customer service at this shop is excellent. More important - the car looks fantastic. You would never know that something happened to it. Even my very picky husband had to say it was excellent work. Thank you guys. I hope I won't have anymore damages to repair, but if I do, I'll bring them to you.
