Aurora Auto Collision

I recently have my car repaired at Aurora Auto Collision. This is the first time that I have repair done in my car so I don't know what to expect. But they did a nice job. Overall I was so impressed by the result and workmanship. I definitely refer them to family and friends, or to anyone who is looking for car repair shop. Special thanks to Linda who is nice and easy to talk to and to the owner Sam for fixing my car looking like brand new again.

Great service! My son was rear ended and my vehicle was towed directly to the shop for repairs. Linda and the team were very compassionate when I arrived a couldnt have been nicer. A rental vehicle was there for me when I arrived in the tow truck and I was quickly on my way. The repairs were completed in less than the estimated 2 weeks and my vehicle looks like new and was cleaned inside and out. Great service!

I cannot say enough good things about Aurora Auto Collision! Right from the beginning, I felt like I was in the right place to have my car repaired. I was in my first accident ever on Christmas Day, and my car (that I treat like my baby) suffered some severe body damage on the front end. I had no clue what to do or how to begin filing an insurance claim and getting my car fixed. I was emotional, scared, and very confused about where to start. Linda was incredibly helpful and walked me through every step of the way. She had a rental car available for me the day I walked in, and even held on to my garage door opener that I foolishly left behind when I returned the rental. She knew more about the insurance claim process than my insurance broker, which was very reassuring. And when I got my car back, I nearly fell over. It looked completely brand-new! There was no way to tell it had been in an accident. I am blown away by the wonderful management and workmanship provided by this company, and I will never go anywhere else for body work!

One of the highest levels of service I had ever experienced. The timing, the quality of repairs, the care - everything is top notch at reasonable price. Special thanks goes to Lynda. Her efficiency, clear communications and exceptional customer care are simply the best! I strongly recommend Aurora Auto Collision if you need any kind of auto body repairs done to your vehicle.
