Andrew was amazing. Very friendly and great at his job. The bill came in under what I was quoted which is like finding a unicorn. The shop is very clean and professional which is unique in this industry. The whole experience left me feeling confident that the money was well spent, plus I felt great working with Andrew. It's nice to treated well as a customer these days. I def recommend this place.

I popped by to see if 427 Auto Collision could give me quote and a date to fix my broken side mirror and housing. The receptionist was fantastic! She called a technician to take a look and determined all I needed was a new piece of glass... they installed it instantly. My car dealership quoted me over $2000.00 and a 3 week wait to repair my mirror and housing. Brandon you are awesome!!!! Thank you so much for quick and honest service. Sincerely Tania D.

I recommend this shop to all my friends and family. The entire process from scheduling an appointment, dropping off the car, receiving a car rental, and finally picking up the repaired vehicle is very smooth and painless. The turnaround time is quick and the quality of the repair is top-notch. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew. He constantly provided updates on the vehicle and answered all my questions. Everyone at 427 Auto Collision was very friendly, efficient and informative. The atmosphere at the center is very relaxing. They kept me informed throughout the process of repairing my car which I really appreciated. When I called to ask some questions, I was put through to the right person immediately and my questions were all answered. They did a fantastic job on my car. You would never know it was involved in an accident. Not only was the workmanship perfect, they cleaned and polished my car inside and out which was a real treat. All in all, I couldn’t be more satisfied and I would not hesitate to recommend 427 Auto Collision to anyone...in fact, I already have!

From the moment I stepped through the door, I was warmly received. Andrew took the time to sit down with me and go over the work to be done. A clear and understandable estimate was drawn up. I got my car back in less than the quoted time and they also gave the car a quick detail and car wash! I am more than happy with how smooth this process was. My car looks great and they warranty their work. I would recommend 427 Auto Collision to anybody who wants the job done right the first time.
