This is a busy body shop, but for a reason. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Lance who from the beginning took really good care of me. He dealt with all my concerns in a timely and professional manner. The workmanship and management of this body shop have left a strong impression. The front desk service could be improved but that will not change rating and impression of my overall experience. I will return.

My recent experience at Miltowne Collision, 751 Main St was THE best experience I have had in my 30 years of owning a car. I brought in my car for a week minor repair, not expecting to be blown away with the above and beyond customer service I received. The flexibility they extended to me from setting the appointment, dropping the car off, arranging for rental and finally picking up my TOTALLY cleaned car (WOW!!!) was very much appreciated - not to forget to thank Kelly for ordering a car accessory for me from the dealer!! 10 star rating!

Stoped in last week for a quote to get what I thought was a huge scratch on the side of my vehicle fixed. I went to 2 other places first. They both quoted me around $2000. The guy at miltowne took my vehicle around back for five minutes and was able to buff out the issue. Wasn't even scratched. It was paint transfer. Thanks for saving me a lot of time and money. Of I ever need anything I will definitely bring my vehicles here. Great customer service and very honest.

My 2000 Tundra has finally been repaired after being involved in an accident last year. My thanks to Lance and his staff for going the extra mile to ensure my truck was returned to me in many ways better than new. Lance took the time to offer suggestions to keep the total repair costs reasonable and I will definitely recommend Miltowne Collision.

I had a really pleasant experience at Milltowne Collision. Everyone I met was professional, never rushed, fantastic listeners and very understanding. Kelly at the front desk went above and beyond by answering my multiple calls and inquiries, and even gave me a lift to work when I had my car dropped off for the day. Lance, the owner, is friendly and knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the needs of your vehicle. I have already begun to share the great service I received here with family, friends, and colleagues. Fantastic workmanship and I appreciate every service done on my car. Thanks Milltowne Collision!!
