I was quite pleased with the professionalism and the results of my car repairs. The Prius looked brand new and the added benefit was the cleaning of the car inside and out. I had a nice rental for the period my car was being fixed. There was no problem dealing with Dundas Valley Collision or Intact Insurance throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dundas Valley Collision to anyone who needs bodywork. Thank you for a job well done!

My Insurance sent my car here after it was involved in an accident. The shop was very knowledgeable and helpful getting me through the situation. Janet especially was super helping going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. If I ever have to do any bodywork to my car I would take it here just because of how great the service is. - Alex

I have dealt with Dundas Valley Collision a few times over the years. It is my default for collision repairs. Service is friendly, estimates prompt, communication is really excellent, and knowledge of the repair and insurance industries is extensive. Their commitment to customer service was exemplified recently by the gratis car clean I received; I have never had such a good job done at any of the "customer first choice" specialized car wash businesses; maybe a small thing in the overall picture but illustrative of the care taken.

I had body work done on a new car and the result was absolutely immaculate! The staff was polite and professional. My only complaint is that I was initially told (during the appraisal) that it would be "a week, anyway." Then at the time of drop off, I was told 12 days, but ultimately it took 17 days. They had to wait a few days for a couple of brackets. Felt like a long time, in a rental (provided by my insurance company) that was messing up my back . I guess I would give them a 4 1/2, if that was an option, but I would say that everything else about my experience exceeded my expectations. The car was actually 2 winter months old, and came back as clean as the day I bought it (inside and out!) Thanks for a great job!
