Waterdown Collision I've used a few times they are great to communicate with they understand what you're looking for and what you're looking to get out of. Mine was an insurance claim from a high winds that caused tree to fall on my car which ended up being a total write-off they were great with me, they don't with the insurance company I barely had to do anything , they allowed me to go back into my car and get the stuff I left behind and I really enjoyed working with the staff. They are polite and always have your concerns in mind.

I took my 2011 Corolla into Waterdown Collision after a hit and run in a Tim's parking lot. They did a fantastic repair on my car and it was done in 2 days, way ahead of schedule. The car was detailed and looked brand new when I picked it up. Very helpful and friendly staff at Waterdown Collision. I have had 2 cars repaired at Waterdown Collision in the last 15 years and both times they did a terrific repair and it was a great experience dealing with their team. Many thanks to everyone at WC.

They took my truck in on short notice, some complications happened while I was in Mexico. They kept me up to date and took care of everything. When I got back from vacation, my truck was scratch free, detailed and ready to go. Truly a great service!

Waterdown Collision were quick and professional in providing me with an estimate for damage done to my car's bodywork. They took my car in on time, and delivered it back to me a day early - bodywork perfect and the vehicle detailed. The cost was as estimated. I like to support a local business, and would definitely return there if the need arose.

Extremely detail-oriented, efficient, and fantastic! Repair was perfect, in less than 2 days, rengal arranged (that was the same as my car), and excellent staff/service.
