I have used this collision shop several times. Both for insurance claims and when I have paid out of pocket. Each time I have been looked after with professional courtesy and service. The repairs have been done on time and on budget. Even the owner Joe made sure I was happy. I have used the so called big shops before "carstar" and never am I pleased. This place will look after you. I highly recommend.

Joe and his team did an incredible job with my Kia Soul, I got hit in the back fender and had a huge dent with paint chipped off. They got it looking brand new in half the time and more than half the price of other places I got quoted for. I would definitely recommend this place!

You crooks! Say you have to replace the whole suspension and do none of it! But yet you still charged for it!? Get the closest running boards possible!? You charged extra for them and you got the cheapest ones possible and they aren't even chrome! I could've got better ones from Amazon for cheaper! What's wrong with you people? Clearly you're in on this with the Kia dealership AND Enterprise car rental since you charged $6000 for 5 parts then got us the premium car rental for a week at the basic price! Get your head on straight people. Stop taking advantage of others when they're vulnerable. You people are ruthless, cold hearted crooks!

Had a good experience with this company. The quote came in around what I was expecting. They did a great job with the front bumper cover replacement and they also helped me with reattaching the radiator bracket. Will go there again if I needed body work done.
