Super happy with Platinum Auto Body! We had some front end damage to our vehicle so we went to 4 different collision places in St. Catharines to get estimates. Out of the 4 estimates, Platinum gave us the best price but that is not the only reason we picked them! We choose Platinum because of their EXCELLENT customer service ( front end staff Liz was super friendly, owner Gary was also very informative, helpful and true to his word!). This was the only place that took the time to explain what they will be doing in detail. It was an easy choice for us and we were not disappointed when the vehicle was finished. Car was spotless inside and out! Thanks Platinum Auto Body!!

This company exceeded my expectations. I came in to get a quote on my wife’s Volkswagen ears, and they quickly and efficiently provided me an email quote which was detailed and comprehensive. They also suggested I contact the dealer they believe the corrosion may have been covered under warranty. To my surprise even though the car was over 11 years old, it was covered. So impressed I had them repair some rooftop corrosion on my Kia Sorrento which they did an amazing job for what I believe was a fair price.

I was very impressed with Gary and the platinum team they completed the work on time and budget. Gary went above and beyond knowing it was a work vehicle and had to be operational the next day. Thanks Platinum for the great job .

Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life, after having a horrible experience at another body shop, chris and his crew went above and behind anything I expected. The truck looks better than the day I bought it
