I had my 2016 Toyota fixed under insurance (they recommended the shop) at Queensway.
I am totally disappointed with the repair. I'm a repeat customer, but will NEVER go BACK!!!!!! Here are some of the issues:.
A) Paint Match is horrible. They used to be great, but are either using junior painters, or cheap paint products!!!!!!
B) Paint has a very abnormal amount of particles in the finish. It is almost like they painted the two panels in the parking lot. Wet sanding won't get it all out.
C) The paint surface has a lot of orange peel. They must be using a very very poor quality clear coat. It is very bumpy, and has a poor shine.
D) Filler Sanding marks. I actually see sanding marks in the paint finish. That is such a rookie mistake.
E) The interior was assembled poorly and cracked. I had to take the door panel off and install again myself. Luckly, I'm comfortable doing that. I'll have to find a used panel to fix the crack. They claim it was always there.
You would think the Shop Manager would be responsive to your concerns, even when other shops pointed out the obvious flaws. The shop manager is extremely rude, despite my calm explanation of the issues.
Finally, they agreed to work it out with the insurance, and said, leave the vehicle with us. He agreed to some of the faults and the colour mismatch.
The next day, the shop manager and the adjuster said, car is 100% match. Your paint is old and tired (it's a 2016 car) and get the car out of here. Something is up with these guys.
I will have to have the car painted again, out of my own pocket. :( Insurance company is no help, as the shop manager and adjuster are the road block.

I just picked up my car so this is an initial review.
*You have to book an appointment for an estimate!*
I have been to a few body shops in the past so I am at least familiar with how they work and what constitutes good quality. The repair I needed done this time around involved my rear quarter panel and door. I got quoted at three places and to my surprise Queensway was cheaper by almost 1000 dollars in both cases.
The estimation process itself was very professional and they have a decent waiting room. The estimation took about 30 minutes in total including wait time. They send you on your way with the papers detailing the work required and the time they estimate it will take. There is no pressure to book at appointment at that time to bring the car in and that is something I really appreciated because I was still unsure at the time if I wanted to visit another shop for additional estimates.
Booking the car in for repair was easy and handled over the phone.
I was able to drop the car off Sunday night and leave it under their car port. They have a slot for the keys.
They open at 8:00 am so you can pick your car up nice and early if you want to get it before work starts.
They finished the work two days earlier than expected.
No pressure.
The repair looks really great.
Good warranty on work done.
Will update if things change but so far so good!
