I would definitely highly recommend Elgin North - Rodney was super helpful, professional and very honest! My quote came in at almost half of what I was quoted at three other auto body shops, and the work was done quickly, despite an error made by Mercedes’ parts department. Commmunication was clear and my car looks as good as new. Two thumbs up!

Totally unprofessional!!! Waited 2 weeks for an appointment so I could get my car repair done quickly. It didn't even make it to n the shop. Went to pick it up and they had lost my keys. Finally found my keys in my unlocked car after hours. Went to start it and the battery had been drained completely dead. The parking lot was full of other people's cars in the middle of their repairs, getting contaminated (causing very near future repairs). The shop was a mess. The guy was incredibly rude. I worked with cars all my life and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
