AT&T

My favorite AT&T store...by far. I have been a customer for a very long time. Frequented stores in PG and Howard County before moving to Baltimore. Came upon this store by happenstance. Now? Won't go anywhere else.

Vega is and was an excellent customer care representative and I highly recommend him to any customer. Vega was very personable and knowledgeable about al AT&T policy’s and procedures. I left the store a happy customer thanks.

The née manager khalid was very attentive and pays attention to detail I enjoyed having him present in store keep up the good work big guy

Customer Service was Excellent. They help me get what I needed for the right price and phone for my Father. Have me thinking of switching my cellphone service.

Kyris was awesome! He set our lines up and stayed past his hourly shift. His customer service was very impressive. Awesome job Krys!!!

Aside from the wait, Kyris was very helpful activating a replacement phone. The wait was not too bad. I'm guessing 30 minutes in and out. And parking meter across the side street was free!

The service was great. The store's policy is terrible.
