I have gone in multiple times for issues and they never have been able to help. Takes sometimes hours of my day and I walk out not helped. The staff also are often on their phones or chatting instead of helping customers. Fine to take a break but frustrating when I’m standing for half an hour before being helped when there’s only one customer in front of me and three people not working. Switched to AT&T and been so happy since.
I just called to speak about a bill notification that I was very confused about. It said money would taken out on CHRISTMAS and I knew I didn’t owe it. I have been having some issues with phone representatives from T-Mobile , saying different things. But, every single time I come IN STORE to this location specifically — the people here always make sure I leave better. I never have the same issues when I actually come to this location. I just called and Jennifer went [above and beyond] for me. She checked the issues. Then, left a detailed note that I called to verify that she helped — in case it came back up. I moved on with my day and was already satisfied. I got a call from T mobile. I was confused. It was Jennifer. She called to tell me that she went out of her way to actually call higher ups about my account. To make sure the computer also knew not to process my account because I do not owe it. She said, she verified AGAIN that I do not owe. And , she did that because she would hate for my Christmas to get ruined due to money being taken out. I realllyyyyyyyy appreciate that level of customer service. I never asked her to do that. The issue was already over. But, she did more than what was required. I am here to write a very grateful review about Jennifer but also the manager there who helped me two weeks ago and honestly — the other representatives, too. They alwayssss help me and are super helpful. I never write reviews but I am here because it’s truly been stress with the people on the phone. And, this store always has to throw water on the fire.
Great experience with aijia I may be spelling name wrong sorri. She was so helpful in finding me and my son a phone that fits my budget and something he will like..I appreciate her help great service. The other workers were kind as well. She did a great job with assisting me. Thanks again.
Ajia helped me switch to tmobile. She was knowledgeable and patient. Very helpful too. The store is in a great location you can take the subway and walk a few blocks or the Navy bus/Circulator stop across the street. To my surprise, no one was really in the store so I was able to get help immediately. It’s a really nice store, clean and spacious. I guess my only complaint is the pricing. I wish most phone services offered better deals for high end phones. Overall, it’s nice that you can order your phone online and then call the store for questions. They answer the phone quickly, at least when they first opened when I called
I had a wonderful experience with Alice, Cory, Tevin, Juan. They were all very helpful and greeted me as soon as I walked in. They were very patient with me and I was able to get all my questions answered! Would give extra stars if I could for their service!

I had a great experience at the Pratt street store in downtown Baltimore— it could have been a disaster but the team — was awesome Demitrios Woodson- Sylvia and the manager Thomas were amazing - it was one of the best customer service experiences that I have had in a long time- very human very helpful - they helped me upgrade my tablet for my mother and navigate from misinformation on your customer service line - job well done - old school majic Johnson Lakers team with a swish of Jordan —
Terribly passive customer service. I was promised so many bells and whistles from customer service, I should've known it was too good to be true. The people in the store were helpless to give me what was promised and like always with sprint and TMobile I'm leaving paying way more than expected. I can't do this anymore.
Service was terrible all three employees where sitting down like they where on vacation didn t assist until i said something with letting me know what phones qualified for to switch to T Mobile why would I switch to this poor customer service.
The best customer service ever! Nancy skills are unmatched
