The place I got this phone had the slowest customer service I've ever seen in my life she was extremely overworked she was doing 4 people's phones at the same time their should have been 3 to 4 people at that store working a customer likes to get in and out with the product they buy a customer does not expect to have the person that's waiting on them also waiting on 6 other too extremely snnú6 other people also

I had a very positive experience on my recent visit. The store manager was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and promptly attended to my phone concern. I have patronized this Cricket location for over 10 years and feel very fortunate that the staff is 100 percent customer service oriented.

Salesperson was pretty nice but honestly the most incompetent customer service I've ever encountered in my life. Horrible. Won't be back at this location if I can help it. They have an iPhone 11 deal and I was never told about it either.

I had the best experience at this Cricket Wireless. It took less than 10 minutes for Anna to solve the problem that has been plaguing my grandma for months that I couldn't figure out. She is a star! Thanks for the help

They deleted your voicemails when you transfer..AND DON'T LET YOU KNOW IN ADVANCE. They state that everything will be transferred BUT ITS A LIE.

I went to the cricket store on Eastern Ave. and Haven St about three weeks ago. The phone retail associates act like they know a lot of information about the phones and maybe they do.....but they are not trying to share that information with me and the general public. They are quick to get you a phone though but not the one you want one of their choosing instead. The only thing they did well was work with me on the money I had to spend I told them how much and they saved me about $4.00. I got three phones 2 Verso's phones and a Moto phone, I had the two Verso phones 2 days and they would open up software apps, disconnect your call while your in the middle of a conversation, drop calls left and right, dial random people out of your contact list, while you were on the phone and while the two Verso phones were at rest on the table all on thier own. Then the manager from that store Alex had an attitude when I came in to get the two new phones to replace the other two JANK ASS phones they had given me, after I had called Alex earlier that day and I told him I didnt want the phones fixed i wanted two new phones to replace the other phones because the receipt said I had seven days to replace, fix, or get my money back as long as it was done in that seven day time period when Alex asked me if I had my receipt, I said yes and then he said. I got three phones for free. I said really did you look at my receipt cause I see 3: phones that cost me money out of my pocket $145.00 total to be exact. Three phones to activate.......$15.00 a pop, three phones to put a software package on-----I purchased the family plan,at $100 for that plan, for those three phones,....... I had also traded an iPhone in for the new Moto phone that i had also got with the two Verso phones on that family plan at that store as well, to get a discount on the Moto phone. So I said to Alex the manager of that store on that particular day, that these three free phones that we're supposed to be free we're actually not they cost me $145.00 total.

Been with them for almost 10 years love this phone store,,, #1 hands down In my opinion. Never had a problem

Needs someone who speaks and understands ENGLISH. ....non helpful, no courtesy to anyone that does not understand what they are talking about. No offers on "anything"! No discounts for new customers. No discounts for longer existing customers. Don't advertise any change in hours of operation!

The ladies their were so nice and helpful and always make me feel so welcome

The customer service is really well. Prices are reasonable and they have great plans!!
