Very bad customer service. I just needed help if they can have my new phone working but the lady chose their "loyal customers" instead. How are you going to get more new people in if you keep choosing the old customers over several new ones that came in today. Bad decision. Don't go here. They kick out people so that can close on time.
Sam is a superstar. He went above and beyond to go to another store, transfer the product, receive the product, and sell it to me. Great service
Avoid this place at all costs. The manager Laurel is The Worst. She will talk down to you like you're garbage. Horrible experience with her. The other employees seem ok.
They have all the current tech equipment and phones. The staff is very knowledgeable.
Sam was very helpful and gave me excellent service.Even though the store manager was unpleasant and unprofessional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM !
Laurel the store manager at this location doesn't know what she's doing she's very rude I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this location she has terrible terrible customer service!!!
