The manager Robert did an incredible job is he makes you feel super good as he gives a lot of confidence and he speaks Spanish and that helped a lot! thank you very much robert

Place was terrible. Put wrong size sim card in new phone. Told me it was all set. came back because it wasn't working and told me too bad. All the while trying to sell me a bunch of junk just because I was there with my kids. Go to a real ATT store not some whack "authorized retailer"

Employee was helpful and friendly, but overwhelmed by customers.
