The gentleman that helped me was the most friendly person at AT&T I ever spoke with. He was very helpful and went the extra mile to assist me.

Jacqueline was extremely patient and helpful today with my parents and I! My mom and I both got new phones and she was both knowledgeable and friendly with both purchases. She educated us on many new features, as well as numerous different accessories. Highly recommend!

I was greeted quickly by Rafael. He had previously talked to me about switching and I decided to give AT&T a try. He was extremely helpfully and knowledgeable about everything. He got my account switched over form sprint quickly and without any hassles.
