It was a pleasant enough experience. I left feeling good. Like I hadn't been ripped off. Then my first bill came in double, and the next one up $40 from what I was told in-store. Not happy, not even a little bit.
Very happy with my new phone, and it was a pleasant experience working with Kylie. Although it was brief because she greeted me quickly, helped me focus and select the right phone, and completed the purchase efficiently. Another plus, she was knowledgeable but kind about my lack of technical knowledge.
Great overall experience, there was no pressure or hassle and I was in and out fast and easy, I definitely recommend seeing David or any of his employees for fast service and a good deal!
Why does it take as long to switch cell phone services as it takes to buy a car? The sales woman did not present all of the options until we were ready to leave. She was hoping we would sign up for the most expensive service and not disclosing more affordable plans. I cannot say I'm really happy with my experience.
Good experience every time with this location! I always come to pay my sons bill and the employees are always so fast and generous, I’m no tech genius but this store is full of them! Always a pleasure to come back and do business.
Rich was very professional and friendly, seems to be the only one always there. He is always willing to help me get into a new phone or help me with the phone. Would recommend going to him! One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had
