Bought and alyx hero chain from them and they shipped next day and it came super quick. Very happy with my order
i ordered very expensive shoes and they sent me very tried on shoes. i was not happy about this. I told them to send me NOT tried on shoes also. Clearly my request was ignored.
Terrible. Order a Canada Goose and got the wrong size and to make matters worse they don’t even have the size I want left anymore. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH SOME ILLITERATE EMPLOYEES.

Nice collections here. Sales reps are friendly and very stylish.
I am so surprised that they have so many brands but not only black and white. Undercover, readymade, Greg Lauren, 11BBS, palm angels, ambush... all of my favorite brands. It becomes my monthlyor bi-weekly check in spot about 2 years.
Some very unique brands for NYC such as Readymade but not exactly the place to go to for a bargain.
