Took forever to check in. Horribly understaffed. Test at 10:15 and still 6 people in line before me to check in at an average time of 15 min to check in and seat someone. Hopefully will be able to take my test by noon today..... go somewhere else for testing

I will never go here again for a test. While the facilities and testing environment was fine the staff and wait was horrendous. I was scheduled for a 10:15 exam and wasn’t even checked in until 10:45. I had the first exam of the day and the front desk person took people who were scheduled an hour after me before simply because they beat me to the sign in sheet when he finally laid it out. Overall a terrible experience and I have already rescheduled future tests that I was going to take here.

I only took a certification exam here and not any training classes. If you're looking to walk in and take the test, this is a great venue. The testing room was super quiet and calm. The service rep was helpful, put me at ease. I passed my cert on first try. This was a better experience than any SAT or GRE exam I took around the Atlanta metro.

Office staff is super friendly and helpful. The testing environment is clean and exactly what you'd want. Also right next to a brewery so you can celebrate if you pass or wallow if you fail!

Worst Experience. Never Recommending again. Purchased the voucher for the listed Price.After the purchase was completed they were asking to pay more saying Cisco increased the Price, which was lie. Even at the time of purchase they had the same price. Never buying the vouchers from them again
