The staff at CED Solutions is friendly and always ready to help you with whatever you need. The instructors were extremely knowledgeable and did a great job of teaching using real world/life examples on top of he study materials. Questions were always encouraged and explained so that everyone could understand. If you are seeking capable instructors that are knowledgeable and passionate for what they teach, then I wouldn't recommend anywhere else other than CED Solutions!

I have attended 4 course sessions at CED Solutions over the past 7 years. Each experience has been successful with fine instructors and overall satisfaction. I have completed Certifications for Microsoft, Cisco and A+ Network+ Security+. The staff really helps a lot and the food was excellent with many good restaurants.

While I did ultimately pass my exam, I'm afraid I don't think I will ever return to CED Solutions or recommend it to colleagues unless there are some significant changes made in the environment.
First and foremost, the establishment (at the Marietta, GA location) is located on top of a crossfit gym. I guess underneath would be worse, but on top is still not where a please devoted to studying and testing should be. There is a constant, thunderous slamming of heavy objects. This extends even to the testing area, which has no soundproofing. People need some peace and quiet when taking a test, tractor-tire-flipping fitness fanatics are not conducive to that.
In addition, the testing room is located by both the indoor and outdoor break area. This means that during any given break people are congregating and blowing off steam until a proctor (hopefully) comes out to tell them to keep it down. It's a bad layout.
The trainer I had (for my certification boot camp that is, not crossfit) was a likable and knowledgeable guy, but he did not really encourage questions. He might ask if anyone had questions in a perfunctory sort of way, but often as not would get annoyed that it would involve repeating something already said or addressing follow-up questions. Both of those things are part of the didactic process, so a teacher needs to develop tolerance. On the other hand, disruptive back-of-the-class chatter, political diatribes, pointless anecdotes, and attempts at humor by way of off-color jokes went largely unchecked. I'm no psychologist, but it seems like some wind has left his sails. In all fairness, the migraine-inducing din of the crossfit would be enough to drain most peoples' will to live in six-to-eight weeks, max.

This is the best computer training I have ever attending. It is not for the casual computer user, but for the serious IT professional. I have been attending a different class every year since 2003. They have kept up with the times and adapted to the changing IT landscape to make sure anyone who attends their classes to ready and able to work in today's IT market.

Great hotel and accomadations!! Food was amazing!! Class instructor was very knowledgeable! As far as for this class with CED preparation for the A+ exam.... not even close to passing.... I did the 4hours+ of recommended study and still did not pass the 901 exam... about 25% of the material I was able to recall the rest was guess work...
3 out of 7 class mates passed. Those 3 had 2+ years of IT experience.
Not worth the money. They aren't even BBB Accredited! I will not recommmend to anyone!
