Athleta

We have had many bad experiences in this store. All previous visits, no one greeted us and the shop girls even kept their backs to us while we were shopping, as if they didn’t know we were there. We had trouble completing transactions because cashiers didn’t know what they were doing but wouldn’t ask for help. Lines backed up and this place is has a small footprint. But, this last experience was AMAZING. I don’t know if there has been a change over in staff or we just hit it on the right day but Erika and Miracle both gave 5 star service and the dressing room attendant was actually attentive, cheerful and sweet! We were so happy when we left after such a great shopping experience.

I'm a recent Athlete convert. The legging are steep but wear like iron. Great when you can get stuff on the sale rack! I got some amazing tops that are so cool and breezy and look nice enough for work and in this hot weather that is appreciated. The staff is very helpful.

Terrible experience! No one greeted me as I walked into the store at 5:50pm. No hello, no welcome, no nothing. After being in the store for two minutes I didn’t realize they closed at 6pm. At 5:52-5:53 I was picking out mask that was on sale for $3.99. I was so excited because the price was reasonable. I began to pick out a few as gifts. When I was greeted, it was with, “ I can bring your things to the counter to check out , we close at 6pm.” I was upset and disappointed but didn’t show it. I was passive aggressively rushed and treated cold. I will never go back to Hilltop Athleta again. I wonder if I was a white woman would I have be treated that way?

It seems like they have stocked a robust selection in this small store and I really like Athleta as a whole. I did not enjoy my experience in this specific store, unfortunately. I came in with the plans to make an exchange, and felt overwhelmed by the overly attentive the associates nearly following me. Upon entering & asking if they could help, we agreed that I would give them the bag as I looked for a replacement style--perfect! Instead of letting me browse, there was an uncomfortable hovering that came from their team. Each product that I touched to search for my size, they commented on, as if they were monitoring me, rather than ask if I needed help locating a style & letting me browse in peace when I responded with "no". Needless to say, I settled on a return & will find another store in the area for a replacement pair.

I’ve now been into this Athleta store twice, and had extremely positive shopping experiences both times. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and just the right amount of helpful – especially Ashley! They have a wide variety of products, from all of your gym needs to athleisure and other cute casual clothes, plus stuff for some more serious sports like hiking. Sizing is inclusive and has something for most. Returns are easy. This Athleta location offers a very pleasant, non-pushy shopping experience that I highly recommend!

My mom and I went in and the sales associate, Hope, helped us find exactly what we needed! She was so helpful, patient and informative. Our experience was phenomenal and we will be back to shop here for sure !

Nothing really special, Columbia is probably nicer. Prices are pretty high for yoga pants made in Cambodia Indonesia and Vietnam.

Love shopping here! The ladies that work here are always super friendly and willing to help! Love this Athleta!
