I would never go here again. Horrible service. Nasty attitude. Would not help me at all. She would rather talk to another employee and ignore customers that are ready to spend their money. Happy Holidays!! They deserve 0 stars

I was greeted with professionalism and patience by Heather this afternoon when I went in to buy my first pair of Birkenstock sandals. She was very friendly and helped me find the right size, noticing immediately when I needed the narrow instead of the standard size. She answered all of my questions and helped other people in the store as efficiently and with the same kindness she showed toward me. The store was clean and orderly, though the hours have changed they are clearly posted on the door. I had a great experience, and I am so glad that I decided to stop in to the store today.

Was looking for another pair of Birkenstock sandals, but was having a hard time deciding which pair to get while looking online. Thought I’d go see some options in person at this location, however it was a wasted trip. Upon arrival I noticed a sign on the door that they were still enforcing mask wearing in their store... no problem, went back to the car for my mask... came back to the door only to find it was locked. I had to be let in by the sales associate who seemed frustrated & said “I’ll get to you whenever”... no welcome or greeting of any kind. The store was crowded with customers waiting around to be helped. there were signs saying not to touch the merchandise on display, and you have to wait for the 1 sales assistant working to show you anything. I quickly glanced at their selection of Birkenstock’s and didn’t even see the options I was considering. I knew I wasn’t going to wait around for the sales assistant to finally get to me, nor did I have any intentions of spending my money there after the way she spoke to me door. I let myself out the locked door, deciding It’s much easier to just order online from Birkenstock!

Me, my husband and my friend went today to try and buy some shoes. The sales person was wonderful and did a good job being alone and having several customers at the same time. She was very professional as well. Ended up buying 2 very cool pairs : We have also apreciated the sanitizer at the entrance and the carefulness overall.

I have come up here twice, the first time before they updated the days on their Google page that they were open. Thats fine, I decided to come on and a day when they were open. Walked up and the door is locked, nobody inside although they are open. Really wanted to try on birkenstocks before I bought them, but will have to order them online. Absolutely messed up to have the doors locked yes open.

I went in today with my son determined to find the perfect sandal. I've never owned a pair of Birkenstocks before. Kelly got me fitted with a pair of black Gizehs after I tried on basically every cute pair they had. She was super patient and helpful. Top notch service for sure. I'll definitely be back.

Very informative store. If you're expecting just another shoe store you're way off. They make sure everything fits just right like it's supposed to and aren't just throwing something at you bc you walked in. We left with shoes she loves and very specific care and use instructions.

Rude! Door was locked even though the store was open. When the person opened the door she was forcing us to use hand sanitizer and there are signs everywhere not to touch the merchandise. You mean not to touch and try on shoes? What? Goodbye! I will spend my money someplace else!

They did not have any vegan shoes in my size, but they still helped me figure out my size, and try on some non-vegan sandals to get a feel. And then they referred me to the Birkenstock website to buy some vegan sandals in my size. Very police and nice.
