I love Athleta and this store is great. Customer service is excellent!!! Employees are very friendly and helpful. They do offer styling. Well laid out store with plenty of clothing to choose from. If your in need of basics, athletic or athleisure clothing with a flare this is the place. Excellent clothing quality, will last plenty of washes. Highly recommend. I was so impressed with how nice the employees are.

I went into this store on a Sunday around 3:00 PM and let me just say, save yourself the headache and public shame, and just shop at Lululemon. If you even try to return a product, associates and managers will speak to you with major attitude and won’t bother to try and find resolutions for you. I went in trying to return or at-least exchange a $100+ pair of pants, and although their customer service line was very helpful, manager especially was not. Anything you purchase at lululemon is tracked regardless of lost receipts and tags, you’re paying for better quality and better quality service at Lululemon, cant speak the same for Athleta. Now I'm stuck with a pair of pants that still have the tag on them and never worn. Store credit or even a simple exchange wasn’t offered. Very, very disappointed.

I know it's so convenient to buy online, but I love going to Athleta at Bayshore! The staff is so friendly and helpful! I worked with Peggy today. She was knowledgeable about the tights I was interested in and knew what to show me! So nice to go home with things I love!

Everytime I walk into this store I get tailed as if I am going to take something even though I have always bought things when visiting. The employees make it very apparent they are doing so and it is super uncomfortable, especially because I have no desire nor have I ever in my life shoplifted??? As soon as me and my family walked in, the store manager, visibly shaken? picks up the phone and calls for “backup” and then proceeds with three other employees to form a literal triangle around me. I have never written a review before in my life but I will never be visiting AGAIN. The level of unprofessionalism and blatant stereotyping is super gross. Not cute!

Clothing is comfy and great quality. Watch for sales...worth the prices.
