Ross Dress for Less

Love Ross. It is a hit or miss Store. Shopper's u no what I mean. Now is the time to find quality sweaters. Nice selection of Christmas stuff was almost gone. Not much furniture or jewelry

The manager has a really nasty attitude. I felt really threatened by the way she treated me. The coat I found for my daughter had a scarf hanging with it. So. I assumed it came with the coat. She claimed it didn’t which was ok with me. What made me feel uncomfortable is how she watched me and other customers wait for over fifteen minutes for her to put a code in for the cashier to proceed with the customer in front of us. The manager was less than ten feet away from the cashier. Yet, she pretended like she didn’t hear her asking repeatedly for the code. When she finally stopped the very important hanger fidgeting that’s all she was doing for ten minutes she groaned and aggressively rolled her eyes. All that before checking me out with a sour look on her face. That was my first and last experience with this location.

Incredibly rude store manager and her assistant! There was a senior lady with a limited knowledge of English who tried to return a purchase. They treated her like dirt, refused to listen to her, spoke intentionally fast, and showed no respect for her age. What a shame!

Alot of great fashion you don't find in other department stores , but the quality isn't the best, reason they're a discount department store. DRESS For LESS! Really Love the Housewares!

Great prices! Love when the sale becomes cheaper with the digital coupons or paper coupons..

Love ROSS...literally a 1 stop shop and I always find more then what I came for lol

This is a very nice relaxing store to visit. The employees are nice and there are no weird smells in here either. By that I mean perfume. I often can find it hard to find clothes that actually fit me as I wear XS so most stuff is too baggy on me. Many brands just make stuff too big! But to my surprise this place actually has stuff that fits me! I really hadn't expected that at all when I had wondered in here a few days ago but I had actually found several nice looking items. I can't say anything yet about the quality of the clothing as I had just bought it but the stuff certainly fits! No one bothered me while I was on here and I was able to walk around and look at stuff as much as I wanted. That was nice. And checkout was very easy too. This place sells clothes plus stuff like kitchen cookware, pictures for your walls, rugs and shoes. And I think they had a very small selection of food items too. Clothing includes tops, dresses, pants, shorts, athletic stuff, etc. No swimsuits. They have plus sizes too I believe. I would shop here again.

BEWARE right now there is a blk man who is heavy set, security guard who is very rude and outspoken.the store has poor selection in furniture pieces its always farmhouse or odd colors and they hold on to it for 2weeks or more,same goes for home decor is nice,but again why do you have to wait so long to add new stuth and where is the elegant pieces of furniture

Awesomeness! Security guards are friendly and watchful...unfortunately...they have to be in that area. The store is clean and a vast variety of clothing and cultures. Keep up the good work.
