In 2017 I enlisted Atkinson & Kelsey, P.A. to represent me in a divorce proceedings.. Lucy Sinkular, Attorney and Belinda Demaree, Paralegal were assigned to my case. They both performed with a high degree of professionalism and effort to bring the case to a satisfactory conclusion. I felt that they were two friends working for me to get me through a rough period. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their work and I strongly recommend this team and their firm.

Fo the past 19 years I used Atkinson and Kelsey law firm. They helped me through a very difficult time. Jon Feder is an outstanding attorney and has an exemplary understanding of New Mexico Family law. I highly recommend this firm for family law. Seeing only 5 star reviews and 1 star reviews for this firm shows the clients that won their cases gave excellent reviews and those that lost gave poor reviews. It shows the shortcoming of Google's review system.

Mrs Virgina Dugan is the worst , she is professional liar, she filed multiple motions and charge me for it and then she claimed all this motions useles and refuse go to court, she ruined me and my case, she is manipulative all what matter for her to get 10000 $ retention fees, and file few motions which will cost u close to 10000$ , and refuse to honor any of the promises made in your initial consultation before recieving the retention, she is so unprofessional please avoid her and the whole group, it was horrible experience

Edna Sprague was recently cautioned by the NM Supreme Court Disciplinary Board regarding false statements she made in court. She is dangerous, stay away.
