I went to the Gwinnett office for my pregnancy & birth. The doctors have all been lovely. The customer service and billing have been a confusing, convoluted and upsetting mess since the beginning. I had a difficult pregnancy and felt stuck with them once it all started getting complicated. but 2 years later, the billing continues to be a nightmare. We have started receiving bills out of nowhere for services from 2 years ago that we had understood as done and paid. And covered by insurance. We had one dispute just last month and then today comes another bill with the same old settled issue still on it and yet ANOTHER charge for another hospital visit 2 years ago!! 2 stars for the doctors who care. Nothing for the stress and anxiety of having to deal with this nonsense throughout a pregnancy and continuing to have to deal with constant nonsense bills that take HOURS out of my days 2 years after the fact. they also just will not talk your insurance... its you playing middle man almost at all times. when you get better help from the insurance company rep than this office..... It feels like a scam and is probably a scam.

They will not give me my money back. Insurance has already paid them the full amount for my antepartum care and the Women's Group of Gwinnett has already billed it all. They said weeks ago they were processing my refund. I called for an update and they said they have no record of the billing or payment from insurance. I called right back with a ticket number for the billing and payment and they said they didn't need it and they would put the request in to process my refund. Now they are saying it will take 30-45 more days from today to receive it. I have paid them $1,500 out of pocket and need my refund to be able to afford my upcoming delivery. All I did was transfer OBs and now they are making it a pain to get my money refunded. This should be criminal. If I owed them this much money, they would not give me so much leeway in getting them the money. I keep asking if it can be expedited and they say no even though my delivery is coming up and I need this refund to afford it. Also, they will not send me any confirmation of the refund being processed. They are playing games with me and will not give me the $1,500 that they owe me. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. Never go to them or any doctor in their group. You will highly regret it, I can promise you that. I bet I call again for an update and there will be some other issue or reason they cannot send me the refund. Purely criminal....

Watch out for fraudulent billing scam from these folks. They posted a fake bill. We have called four times and each time they have apologized and said they would take care of it. We are still getting the fake bill in the mail.

I have been coming here for years and have never had a poor experience like I just did. First the office called me to reschedule my appointment to a week later, which was not an issue. On the day of my rescheduled appointment, Angela calls asking if I can come in earlier because they have open appointments. I rescheduled my calls to work around the appointment and could not come in earlier. She replies ok and we end the call. She calls back an hour later explaining they don’t work after lunch usually and asks me again to come in earlier. Really? So I have to reschedule again because you don’t want to work on a Friday afternoon?

I love the doctors. All of them are amazing and so caring and empathetic. When i suffered a miscarriage Dr.Cierny was there for me 100% she booked surgery for the. Very first mornin However, some of the nurses in the Dunwoody location can be cold and a bit "hood" or getto. I prefer the alpharetta location. So much nicer. I try to book with my gyno there on days she's available to that location.

The most difficult group to obtain your medical records from. They also charge you $25 for your own records after making you jump through extreme hoops to verify yourself.

I just called and got great service even when I was completely unprepared. The girl over the phone walked me through everything and gave me all the information I was asking for plus more. Thank you.

Absolutely the worst experience EVER! I recently moved here from California and took a lot of time to find a good GYN and could not have found a more horrible place to come to. The customer service is horrible, there is a major lack of disclosure of their business practices . Extremely unprofessional and an absolute waste of time. This place should be shut down.
