Believe the last couple reviews and do not come here . This was the ABSOLUTE WORST doctors visit . The young lady at the front desk was very rude as if she did not want to be there . Lacked customer service in all aspects . My appointment was for 2PM I arrived at the office at 1:30PM and left at 3PM UNSEEN. The medical assistant that started with vital signs was very nice and helpful. Dr.Soufi or her office never notified me that she would be late. As I do understand things do happen a notice of a longer wait would have been great. On top of that, the next available appointment was end of December and they didn’t make any accommodations for me due to there POOR service . After waiting for so long and not being seen I had to pay for parking for service I did not receive. I would not return back here or recommended to anyone.

I’m self employed and self pay and the billing process was a nightmare! That alone makes me never want to book with the company again. I’ve been entered in the system wrong. Charged, refunded, recharged and I’m over the process. The front desk for my OBGYN was so confused it was ridiculous. After my miscarriage I had to inform the front desk I had a Miscarriage as I was leaving while crying and trying to figure out how much I owed for my visit. WORST experience ever. My doctor Karen Creed was amazing! I wish she didn’t practice at that location because when I decided to try again I would go back to her. Now I have to find another doctor.

The girl at the check-in with the braids and I think her name is Valencia or something like that is rude, unprofessional and just lacks customer service overall I would fire her if I was the office manager. Stephanie the nurse was amazing and super sweet. Dr. Creed was awesome, great bedside manner, informative and kind.

In my multiple visits, I have never been seen within an hour of my appointment. I’ve seen other women approach the desk and state that they’ve also been waiting for over an hour. The staff is pleasant and while I like my doctor, I will be finding a new GYN as I can no longer spend 3-4 hours at the office for a 20 minute visit.

I was Dr. Soufi for the first time today and I can say she is very kind and wants to know her patients. I had to wait 2 hours before I saw her but I know that’s because she also has to go deliver in between patients. She was diligent and very detail oriented. She took her time with me and answered all of my questions

What a stressful visit. An hour late calling me back, and they said my husband couldn’t come with me. I was consulting for major surgery and am experiencing a temporarily disability affecting my stability walking and mental cognition. I had to fight to have him with me as I needed him. I wrote a whole bunch of stuff down on my paperwork, and then they were asking me for information that I’ve already written. I had to tell the nurses all the things, then I had to say it all again to the doctor. I hate repeating myself for no reason. What a waste of my time. Then they wouldn’t prescribe birth control without a pregnancy test, but forgot to tell me this and had to run out and grab me before I went down the elevator. I both didn’t have to pee, and didn’t want to extend my time there longer to get screwed by rush hour traffic by taking a blood test, and there is no way I could possibly be pregnant. Past that after the overturn of Roe, there is no medical privacy and I prefer not to have pregnancy tests anymore. For a 2PM appointment, we didn’t leave until almost 4PM. We were going to run an after errand afterwards, but their lack of efficiency made it so we had to just go straight home. I won’t be returning, it was a complete waste of my time.

New patient here and I’m glad I chose this center as my new OB/GYN. Dr. Sun was amazing and the staff was friendly, quick, and welcoming! Thanks again!

I absolutely love this practice! Dr. Creed is amazing! She's patient and kind and brilliant. She never seems to be in a hurry to move on to the next patient. I get all the time I need to ask questions. Nurse Kelly is the sweetest! She is so nice and upbeat...you can tell there is a big smile under that mask. I switched from another practice after some bad experiences and I am so grateful I did! I highly recommend this practice if you want to be able to reach a person on the phone when you call, be greeted by a pleasant and friendly staff, not wait long to be seen after you arrive, and have as much time as you need to ask the doctor all of your crazy questions.

Dr. Sun has delivered 2 of my kids and the experience was so good totally well cared for!! that she makes me want to have more babies so I can get pampered throughout Even outside of OB visits i.e. my regular GYN annual she makes me feel comfortable and cared for. She spends time to ask how the kids and family are doing and shares about hers too. Bedside manner makes such a huge difference in the experience, but also she is super good at what she does and knows her stuff that gives me total confidence in her! Her MA's both Kim and Bianca was/is super friendly too. We move often and have had to commute long distances but she is totally worth my drive!! Wait time can be long, but it is the nature of this field. She runs back and forth from the hospital to the clinic and spends quality time so I just plan my appointment to be that way. Thank you for taking great care of me

New to the state of Georgia and I didn’t know what Doctor would be great for baby and I. I prayed on the options and the most high help me with selecting Dr.Karen Creed. Her energy was amazing and positive. The first time meeting her my spirit felt excited and happy knowing this is the one the most high lead me to. She is passionate, caring, and genuine and loves her job; and definitely cares about baby and mom well being. She explained everything to me in the terminology that I understand to help baby and I; not using medical words making me feel clueless. But, communicated with me with understanding, and concerns for having a healthy pregnancy. She even set me up with a perinatal specialist the same day for the safety of baby and I. Requested my previous pregnancy medical records from out of state. That speaks volume to me when your new to the state not knowing what hospital or doctor is right for you ; and you see immediately action from the Doctor the most high lead you to only made me shout HalaluYah in the inside with joy & praise. She showed me she cares for her patients and their unborn child . That made me express with words I Love her. I just meet her that day but the most high place people in your life for a reason. I’m definitely looking forward to building a great relationship with Dr. Creed and staff as she continues to help make my pregnancy fully of hope, joy, and happiness knowing I’m a high risk mom. The staff is amazing and friendly. Even the referral to the perinatal specialist Doctor is wonderful. I’m overall highly thankful the most high place each individual in our family lives. Even hubby was happy to know the great experience I had at the doctor visit, made him comfortable as well.
