This was my first childbirth and I am so so so glad I chose this location. The nurses definitely go beyond to make sure you are comfortable, everyone is more than willing to help with any questions, no matter how small everyone is very very knowledgeable and warm, sweet, I honestly can't say enough good things. The rooms were very comfortable, the nutrition people took great care, the food was honestly good. I didn't know what to expect for hospital food but this was great and healthy options. One of the nurses even called a few days after we left to check on us to make sure we were doing okay and that really just made my heart smile. This place really cares and you can tell in the staff. Even through COVID somehow these amazing people have managed to keep themselves positive. Nurses really are heros.
The staff and Doctors delivered and treated my new born son of jaundice. Thanks so much Northside Medical Center for Women.
My wife and I have had both children here. Both times, we felt cared for and never had a negative encounter. This quota recent time, our primary caregivers were Aliyah and Mimi. Both were phenomenal and treated my wife and baby with the utmost care. Dr. Scott safely delivered both of my children via c-section and he took great care to make sure my wife was properly treated. We love the staff at the women’s center.
My experience from the beginning to end . The staff was very nice to me and help me with anything I need it . I appreciate all the hard work and confidence that the staff gave me. I congratulate you so much …
Great place wonderful people on staff and the rooms are clean I can't say enough good things about it I'm very happy with him. They do honest business and they tell it like it is.
*** THE BEST *** I can't really think of anything better than this... It was a last minute decision to be moved to this hospital and we were really scared as mine of our friends or family members every had any experience better. However, all the fear was put to rest as soon as we stepped it and was consistent all through we stepped out with the newest family member we had. There's no one we can point to appreciate because it would be unjust to others and all who are going the best they could. Finally, I would say that each of the staff kept up to the pledge of this hospital Just attaching the picture of the pledge. Thank you once again!
Recently delivered my baby girl here and I must say it was a phenomenal experience. I had the absolute best nurses during labor. They were very skilled and while I labored without medications they were right there giving me positive words of affirmation. Birth certificate staff was awesome, the nurses and pediatricians were great. They had my room stocked with postpartum recovery items so I technically didn’t need to buy any although I had already. Overall great experience!
I’ve debated posting this but I will and it’s long I apologize. I was admitted for one week before the scheduled c section of my daughter. The care during this time was wonderful. HOWEVER. After? Horrible. Shortly after they delivered my daughter who is disabled and looks different than others but is as happy and healthy as she can be, I heard someone near my head go “quality of life? Yeah I don’t see it.” Yeah. I heard that. It broke my heart. Then, my bed call light was broken they couldn’t hear me. My fiancé had to go get them several times. One time I needed help setting up my pump because my legs were still numb and I couldn’t do it because it was across the room and the nurse acted like it was just horrible to help me set up what I needed to feed my child my fiancé was across the street at the Children’s hospital he couldn’t help. Then when he finally did meet a lactation consultant, he tried to help wash the parts and she snatched them from him and told him to get out the way. Such a wonderful way to encourage a new father. Not to mention the people who constantly walked in and panicked because I didn’t have my baby because they don’t apparently read the notes or they’d know she was across the street getting a spinal repair and wasn’t even in the hospital anymore . Basically, some people are wonderful. Others not so much. The experience broke my heart during an already fragile time and honestly messed with me for a while. I felt I had to post this.
Lisa Rodriguez, night staff nurse helped us on the 6th floor on 07/14/2022 and 07/15/2022 in room 670...... this hospital deserves a 5 star rating for having an exceptional nurse like Lisa..... she was a star..... Lisa, Thank you for your service!
My wife gave birth here 2 weeks ago. I've held off on this review, but now after weeks of my wife complaining these doctors decide that she needs an emergency surgery. She's complained about the same problem and the same pain since the day she gave birth, yet these doctors preferred to wait until its now a full-blown emergency weeks later to act. She should not be in this position. On a side note, the experience for men is atrocious. Probably at least a step above prison. Hate this place, only good part were some of the sweet caretakers post - delivery. The "experts" here focus on all the wrong things that weren't a problem, instead of my wife, who now is going under for a surgery for a problem caused by the doctors that treated her. Listen to your patients. Listen to your patients. No matter how qualified and experienced you are in this field... listen to your patients.
