During the holiday season I always call establishments prior to making a trip to see if they sell gift cards. I called ABCC to ask this question and was told by a manager that they sell both gift shop and food and beverage gift cards. I braved the traffic and made a trip to the club. Upon arrival, Iwas told by the host that they don't do food and beverage gift cards. After asking to speak to a manager, I waited in the lobby for over 15 minutes. A server came over to me and said "I don't know who told you we do those gift cards" and walked away. I waited for another 5 minutes before leaving. The representation of the upper management staff was very poor especially during a season where every member should be on the same page. I'm very disappointed and will take my business elsewhere
