Probably the worst internet company in existence. If you have literally any other options in your area, go with them, they cannot be worse. Customer service takes over an hour to answer, the internet speeds do not actually match what they say, and they lure you in with like $20 a month, then after the promotion it’s almost $100 for the worst connection. The owner responds and says “they’ll fix this” but when you actually call, they just offer you $10 off for your “inconvenience”. They even switched names recently, probably to make people think they’re a different company. Don’t waste your time, let’s see what lies the owner responds to on this review.
The building existing and the two women who diligently work there are the reason for so many stars. Over 3 hours being harassed by customer service, I was only at the building to file a complain against multiple agents on my way to the hospital for heart issues. My home nest system has the first two hours and I have the last hour recorded on my phone. These calls need to be made viral because the things they said to me would have gotten me fired when I represented a company. Never got the credit sorted out on the account or service interruptions resolved. The lady at the building said she credited the account where it was promised but my end still does not show that. You are so welcome for the stars, I'm highly disappointed and am looking forward to taking my services elsewhere.
This an honest review. Breezeline is owned by the same parent company of Atlantic broadband, Cogeco Communications. I had Breezeline rerun new lines from the utility pole to my house, made the world of difference, no more service drops, outages, I get the speed I paid for. I was trained to install DISH. Coaxial cables on the exterior degrade within a few years, most of the service calls were due to signal loss, and you guessed it, the cable was degraded. The customer service reps are not the best though. I told the lady in the office 4 times my phone number and had her recite it back to me and she still put my phone number in wrong. When they came to install, they called the wrong phone number and cancelled the installation. I waited 4 hours to be told this. I lost a days worth of work, because I had to take off.
I'm convinced they're only in business because there's no other options. They will try to tell you they're disconnecting service because of a past due amount that doesn't exist. Even after the issue is resolved and you hand them a check for the next bill IN PERSON they will suddenly decide 3 months later that you actually do have a past due balance from months ago. As if we don't pay them enough money for astronomical service as it is.
Hook you with a deal, then raise your prices after 3-6 months. Absolutely crazy prices. $500 plus for 3 months of Internet. Do not get them they are scam artists at its best
How is it that i have WoW for years without issue, but as soon as they are bought out by breezeline, the internet is nothing but issues. How terrible can an internet company really be? Your customer service is horrendous.
Somehow my internet service goes up every month I must not have read the fine print what was 70 a month 2 years ago is now 120. It's ridiculous if you have any other option pick them except for fios never go fios
We pay over $150/month for high-speed internet, but what we get is internet that goes out at least five times a day. As someone who works from home, having a reliable connection is really important. There's been multiple occasions where I've gone to join an important online meeting and was unable to because the connection went out. Call me crazy, but I shouldn't have to go to a coffee shop to get a reliable internet connection when I pay this much for my own. When we called Breezeline, we were essentially told there was nothing that could be done besides restarting our modem, which does nothing. It's beyond frustrating, considering this is really our only option for an internet provider. If something better comes along, we will not hesitate to switch.
Absolutely the WORST. I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy. The customer support is awful, the service is spotty at best, the prices are high for terrible service.. The list goes on and on. I would not recommend this u less there is no other choice.
Absolute s#it show. Unfortunately the only option for where we live and they know it. Horrible customer service, horrible internet service we're paying for 1000mbps rarely clock over 100mbps. If you have other options for a provider, go with them.
