I Put In A Application With Them I Didn't Get A Call From them Until About 2-3 Months Later . Then They Don't Answer The Phone At All Even When It Says They Are Open Correct Hours and all.

It's ok but seems as if they chose people of their own race despite your qualifications. They sent a Latino with no QC experience to a QC job when several Caucasian and African Americans had Extra experience in the field.
